HOW TO REFILL

Online Refills

1. Shop online and select a pre-filled, reusable glass container or returnable zero-waste refill pouch. We ship online refills in a BPA-free plastic pouch with a prepaid return shipping label and compost bag. 
2. Simply refill your container, then place the empty pouch in the compost bag and drop it in your mailbox! We will clean, sanitize, and refill your pouch for the next customer (and when it reaches the end of its life, we’ll Terracycle it!)

In-Store Refills

We offer zero-waste refills in-store at our Honeymouth location in downtown Knoxville, Tennessee. Simply bring your empty glass bottle & pump with you and receive refill pricing on your next bottle. We will take care of cleaning and sanitizing your empty bottle and pump for you. When your plastic pump reaches the end of its life, we'll Terracycle it.
